Nigerian singer, Kizz Daniel has pledged to fly a lucky fan of his to the UK following Nigerian’s victory over South Africa at AFCON.
The Super Eagles on Wednesday, defeated South Africa in the semi-final of the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
Nigeria will now clash with DR Congo or hosts Ivory Coast in the final to be played on Sunday.
The fan had taken to the micro-blogging platform to plead with the singer to fly him to his next show in the UK if the Super Eagles win and surprisingly, Kizz Daniel had agreed.
Following Nigerians’ victory, Kizz Daniel had urged the fan to go get his Visa ready as he is flying him to the UK.
“Vado if Super Eagles wins today, take me to your next show, Ovo Arena”, he pleaded.
Kizz Daniel replied, “This I promise you. X is my witness”
In a follow-up post he tweeted, “Oga where you dey, con go do your Visa o. UK yah
The fan replied, “I dey Nigeria vadooo I am in your DM, the great Vado”.
While Kizz Daniel is flying his fan to the UK, BBNaija Ike Onyema is doing trade by barter with South Africans.
The ex-boyfriend of Mercy Eke, via the micro-blogging platform Twitter now known as X, appealed to South Africans following their loss at the 2023 AFCON, to give Nigerians their fast-rising singer, Tyla, who beat Davido, Ayra Starr, and others to win a Grammy Award. In exchange for her, Nigerians would give them Pere Egbi and can add Phyna as a bonus.
Kizz Daniel’s sweet gesture to the fan isn’t surprising as in December 2023, he gifted a female concertgoer a scholarship to the University.
The Twe Twe crooner was performing at his concert when a female fan started screaming and jumping that she wanted to go to school. The female fan later caught the attention of the singer, who paused and listened to the lady. He probed her about the school she wanted to attend and promised to make her dream come true.
Similarly, in 2022, Kizz changed the life of a male fan as he gifted him 1 million naira.
The singer while performing on stage gave the male fan an opportunity to showcase his talent, and the fan surprised everyone with his stellar performance, singing Kizz Daniel’s song. Taken aback, Kizz Daniel gave him a million naira, which left the fan emotional.
