Nigerian dancer and entertainer Korra Obidi has pondered why people quickly judge her over her misfortunes.
On her Facebook page, Korra queried why people are so quick to say she staged the misfortune in her life.
“Why are some people so quick to say I stage the misfortune in my life?”.

Reacting to her post, one Natalie Cenac wrote, “When they face it one day, I hope they don’t say nun

One Nosa Deborah wrote, “Na fake people most times”.
Last month, Korra had reflected on some of her darkest and happiest moments. She questioned how one can tell when it’s good times if there is no hard times. The mother of two noted how there is a season for everything and a purpose for everyone on earth.
Recall that in March, 2022 that Korra’s ex-husband, Justin Dean filed for divorce from her, a few weeks after they welcomed their second child. Their divorce was quite messy on social media as the two dragged each other and spilled their dirt.
The couple’s divorce was finally finalized on November 19, 2022, with both of them sharing joint custody of their two daughters.
During the divorce, Justin tried gaining full custody of their kids but was denied. Korra made this known on her Facebook live as she alleged that he was also demanding spousal support. She lamented over how she had been taking care of the kids, paying for school fees and health insurance without a contribution from her ex, and yet he was demanding spousal support.
In another Live video, she alleged that there were ploys to take her daughters away from her by controlling her. She revealed that someone sent her a mail asking her to dress up or end up losing her daughters.
Last year, Korra revealed that she had been suffering in silence for 2 years since her divorce, as she expressed gratitude at escaping her ex. She added that she doesn’t want to wait till the worst happens and she is assured that help will come her way.
