Nollywood actress Kudirat Ogunro, otherwise known as Semilore Pweety, has appreciated her senior colleague, Funke Akindele, for her motherly love.
To mark the new month, Kudirat shared a video of Funke praying for her on her Instagram page.
In her caption, Kudirat appreciated the famous actress’s prayers and said the filmmaker wouldn’t be missing.

During the wedding of her daughter, Priscilla, Iyabo Ojo appreciated Kudirat for the role she played in her kids’ lives. Iyabo revealed that Kudirat helped her raise her kids when she was working at movie locations. She noted how Kudirat would cook for them, take care of them, and also train them.

Last year, Kudirat had surprised her mother with a brand-new house. She shared a video on her Instagram page that captured the moment she surprised her mother with the new house, which she credited to God. She congratulated her mom and expressed how happy she was to celebrate the new milestone with her mother.
A year back, Kudirat Ogunro spoke out on the challenges of being a single mother. She admitted that it hasn’t been easy for her, and reminiscing on it always leaves her in tears. She recounted how she would back her daughter to hawk on the streets or wash dishes at restaurants and how her mother drove her out of the house and she had to squat with a friend.
