Comedian Lepacious Bose has expressed how touched she was after a friend whom she helped showed appreciation after 20 years.
The friend who had been following her on social media and encouraging her activities finally got the nerve to thank her for being there for her 20 years ago.

It amazing getting a thank you from 20 YEARS AGO! I screamed reading this and as you know am a cry baby I wept! For someone to come back to say thank you after 20 years blew my mind! Especially someone I would have thought had moved on in life and does not even remember me. Yet she had always been here, watching online,seeing me and cheering me on without my knowledge. Can you imagine that???
You see I have always been a mama lion, I don’t allow too many people in my inner circle but when I do I watch over them like a lion protecting her curb, it doesn’t matter even if they are older than me ooo I automatically start acting like their mother. So many times I have fought with people about their OWN PERSONAL LIVES ooo I go carry the matter for head begin to fight you! Later I go dey vex with myself say wetin concern you this Bose. @officialowengee don suffer for my hand no bi small but somehow he is one of the few that know it’s for love; he gets it that it’s because I actually care too much to watch people fall; especially when I can see the signs.
I have lost close people who can’t handle it 🤣🤣🤣🤣and I have gained friends who appreciate it but when I read this message from 20 years ago…..the things she said; her words touched me to my core!
See keep being you; those who will be grateful will be grateful; those who will love you will love you. Your thank you may never come and it may take 20 years too but someone is grateful for the gift of you! .
We all have silent cheerleaders they pray for us, talk good about us, watch out for us, yet they do it quietly for their own reasons, yet we have people who will gladly destroy us with one sentence. For every negative person around you trust me God has placed 10 loved ones, focus on those ones and ignore the negative ones, you don’t need them!
