Nollywood actor Linc Edochie has recounted how his younger brother, Yul Edochie, helped revive his career.
Taking to his Instagram page to share a video of himself and his brother, Linc asserted that blood is thicker than water as he revealed that Yul helped him make a comeback to the film industry.
He disclosed that Yul told him to return to the industry in 2015 after a prolonged absence. Linc said procrastination got in the way, but he finally took Yul’s advice and returned in 2020. He disclosed that some of the things he does in the movies, Yul taught him.
Linc added that whether people love to admit it or not, Yul remains one of the greatest actors and filmmakers in Nigeria.
“Blood is thicker than water. A lot of people don’t know this; It was my brother Yul who asked me to come back to the Film Industry in 2015 after a prolonged absence. Procrastination got in the way, but I finally took his advice and returned in 2020. Some of the things I do in movies, he taught me because he is a Theatre professional, while I have a passion for it. A few months back, Yul had shared photos of himself and his four elder brothers on his Instagram page. In his caption, he stated that anytime he gathers with his brothers, it is always so beautiful.
Last year, Yul had slammed his brother, Linc Edochie, for advising him to keep his second marriage out of public view. Responding to him, Yul slammed and mocked him about his marriage and divorce despite hiding it from the public. He also slammed his brother for spreading their dirty linen in public.
To taunt his haters, Edochie had shown off Judy, his prized possession. Sharing a video of him and his wife getting cozy, Yul claimed the clip was a way of getting back at netizens who are discomforted with his posts. The actor said he would bombard their timelines with his posts to annoy them.
Since his marriage to his colleague, Judy Austin, Yul has had a strained relationship with his family, who were against his second marriage. Even his father, the veteran actor, Pete Edochie wasn’t a fan of his new wife.
