Nollywood actor Linc Edochie has distanced himself from his new wife, Yinka, following her attacks on his brother’s ex-wife, May Edochie.
In a post online, he stated that he usually doesn’t make careless speeches, but he wants to set the record straight, as he is a man of peace and values his sanity.
He made it known that he doesn’t endorse the recent attacks on May or posting her number online, which has triggered meaningless retaliation. Linc stated that we may not all agree with each other, but we can respect one another.
The elder brother of Yul Edochie added that it is better to be alone and at peace than to be in a union filled with landmines.
“I usually don’t make careless speeches, but I want to set the record straight. I am a man of peace and value my sanity. For the record, I did not just endorse posting the recent attacks on May, nor did I endorse posting her number online, which has triggered meaningless retaliation. We may not all agree with each other, but we can respect one another. Better to be alone and at peace than to be in a union filled with landmines. Respect”.
Kemi Filani reported that following Yinka’s marriage to Linc, she got in trouble with May’s fans for her constant love for Judy and Yul Edochie, which May’s fans saw as disrespectful.
The purported harassment prompted Yinka to share May’s phone number online two days ago, which led to several criticisms online.
Defending herself, Yinka alleged that May’s fans have been bombarding her with insulting calls, claiming she gave them their number.
Last year, Yul had slammed his brother, Linc Edochie, for advising him to keep his second marriage out of public view. Responding to him, Yul slammed and mocked him about his marriage and divorce despite hiding it from the public. He also slammed his brother for spreading their dirty linen in public.
To taunt his haters, Edochie had shown off Judy, his prized possession. Sharing a video of him and his wife getting cozy, Yul claimed the clip was a way of getting back at netizens who are discomforted with his posts. The actor said he would bombard their timelines with his posts to annoy them.
