Famous Nigerian blogger Linda Ikeji has reacted to a post shared by her fashion entrepreneur and brand influencer sister, Laura Ikeji Kanu, about her young daughter.
Laura Ikeji took to her verified Instagram page to share back-to-school photos of her daughter, Laurel, and his elder brother all dressed up for school.
Sharing the photos, Laura Ikeji expressed shock at how her daughter could be excited about school, stating in her over 30 years of existence, she had never seen a child excited about school.
The mother of two also expressed emotions, praying that her daughter would return happy from school.
Linda Ikeji reacted to her sister’s post on social media with a love emoji to her niece and nephew.
She wrote: “In my 30 something years on earth, never have I seen someone so excited about going to school. She literally woke me up, ask for a bath, got ready and woke up her brother up. Like so excited!!! Got to school and she was the first to come down , said hello to the teachers and walked into the reception🤣🕶🕶🕶. I pray she comes home as excited as she left. I pray she enjoys school. I pray school makes her as happy as she had hoped My girl is amazing I wanna cry. Laurel baby.”
Kemi Filani recalls that Laura Ikeji showered and praised her husband when she shared beautiful photos from her birthday outing.
It was reported that Laura Ikeji decided to celebrate her birthday on a low key.
Although the mother of two did not give her reasons, it might be related to some of the backslashes she received during her last birthday after bragging about receiving a twenty million naira cash gift from her husband.
Laura Ikeji shared a video of herself dancing in her sitting and another where she and her family stormed a restaurant.
According to Laura Ikeji, they decided to make her birthday as private as possible this year.
She wrote: It’s my birthday today and we decided to make it as private as possible. Thanks for all the well wishes.
In another Instagram post, Laura Ikeji described her husband as the best.
