Nollywood actress Liz Da Silva has said a powerful word of prayer for her colleague, Mercy Aigbe, and her husband following the loss of their house.
On Wednesday, Mercy revealed that she had lost her Lagos mansion to a fire incident. The movie star shared a video of the aftermath of her property, as she expressed how devastated she was.
In another post, Mercy responded generally to everyone who had reached out to her, as she noted how her phone had been buzzing with calls, messages, and prayers. An overwhelmed Aigbe expressed how each message, support, and prayer meant for her, praying evil will not befall her well-wishers.
Reacting to the devastating news, Liz Da Silva, via her Instagram page, noted how in the darkest hour is when the soul gets replenished and given strength to continue and endure. Liz further noted how joy comes in the morning as she prayed for a millionfold blessings on Mercy and her husband.

Liz isn’t the only one who has shown support for Mercy Aigbe. Adeniyi Johnson stated that neither she nor anyone deserves such loss, especially at this time. Sending his love and heart to her, he prayed that God would replenish their loss and make them come out better and stronger.
Iyabo Ojo expressed gratitude that no lives were lost, as she told the couple that God is with them and He will help them rebuild and create something more beautiful. The mother of two added that the loss isn’t the end but a new beginning; as such, they should stay strong and offer support to the couple.
