Nollywood actress Lola Alao is celebrating Festus Ojo, the son of her colleague and friend, Iyabo Ojo.
Taking to her Instagram page, Lola described Festus as her son and pride as she sang a birthday song for him. She described the celebrant as a child people can use to ask God for children, and ladies pray to marry.
“Happy Birthday to you, Festus Ojo, my darling son. My pride, the child you can use to ask for children. The child that one can be proud of. The child that ladies say, if he can’t marry me, he can be my boyfriend.

In her comment section, Iyabo Ojo appreciated her for the message. She wrote, “Thank you, Mama. Love you
Festus Ojo wrote, “Thank you, ma”.
To celebrate her son, Iyabo Ojo had written beautiful words for him, describing him as her first fruit and love, as she rained prayers on him.
Last year, Iyabo, celebrated as her son, finally graduated from Altinbas University in Istanbul, Turkey. Sharing photos from the graduation ceremony, Iyabo appreciated her son for making her proud as she noted how his graduation is a testament to his hard work and dedication. Iyabo used the opportunity to lament her plight as a single mother as she admitted that it wasn’t easy.
In 2023, on her son’s birthday, Iyabo had queried Festus about his love life, questioning when she would meet his girlfriend. Iyabo further spoke on his personality as she expressed how blessed she was to be his mother, as he is the best son any mother could wish for.
In other news, Iyabo shared her painful experiences of surviving as a single mother and being treated as a second-class citizen due to her failed marriage. Iyabo recounted how people called her all manner of names because of her failed marriage both in the movie industry and the world at large.
