Mabel Makun has joined her estranged husband, Ayo Makun, to celebrate their second daughter’s birthday.
Ayomide Makun clocks 3 today, the 16th of January 2025.
Her father took to Instagram to share cute photos from her birthday shoot. He spoke about how much he missed having her with him every time.
Mabel Makun on her part, thanked God for the gift of their daughter. She is grateful for the toddler’s presence in their lives.
“Happy birthday God’s favorite,heavens shining star Ayomide MAKUN. We are super grateful to God almighty for honoring us with your presence in our lives.”
In April, 2023, AY confirmed the end of his almost 20-year relationship with Mabel, expressing regrets for losing his home, and also admitted to doing things that were compromised during the marriage.
He warned against projecting the wrong narrative about him and his family, which he found harmful to his teenage daughter, and hinted at the possible fault from his wife.
Mabel also broke her silence, stating that her dreams of a lifelong marriage had now taken a different direction and pleaded with the media and public to give them privacy as they navigate their new phase. She noted how many lies have been peddled against her, but she will honour her kids by not addressing them.
Kemi Filani recalls that Ayo Makun expressed pride in his daughter, Michelle Makun, when she vlogged about his movie premiere, The Waiter.
He shared a video of his daughter on his Instagram page with a proud caption. The overwhelmed father revealed that he stumbled on his daughter’s vlog about his movie and how her words relived the memories of the moment he had during the premiere.
He appreciated his daughter for helping to contribute to her school fees.
