Beautiful mothwr of two and entrepreneur Mabel Makun has spoken online amidst her alleged marriage crash with famous Nigerian comedian and actor Ayodeji Richard Makun, simply known as AY.
There have been speculations online for the past few weeks that the couple are no longer together and there have been pointers with Mabel’s absence from AY’s videos. She was also absent from some gatherings that involves his family.
AY’s brief birthday note for his wife also called for questioning.
Sharing photos on Instagram Mabel Makun said perfection is not attainable but excellence can be achieved when one chase perfection.
“Perfection is not attainable but if we chase perfection,we can catch excellence.—Vince Lombardi.”
Recall that the rumours of their separation was fueled when Mabel Makun cried out over an alleged threat to her life. The interior designer stated that she had had enough of the threats as she revealed her plans to report the said threat to the police.
The mother of two told Nigerians to hold one person responsible should anything happen to her, unfortunately, she didn’t say who the person was.
In another post, Mabel revealed that she had been abused mentally and all around for way too long. She stated that now she had enough of it.
Mabel and AY had unfollowed themselves at the time thereby adding more fuel to the issue. For the first time in years, the couple celebrated their first daughter, Michelle’s birthday separately, with each penning their own birthday post to her and not tagging each other.
Their marital drama is coming as a surprise as in December, AY had sung the praises of his wife, appreciating her for her selfless work.
The couple had even celebrated their 15th wedding anniversary in November and AY had reflected on their past and trials. Mabel, on her part, had reaffirmed her love for the comedian, stating that it is forever to go with him.
