Nollywood actress Mary Njoku has advocated for furthering one’s knowledge.
In an Instagram post, the filmmaker, who returned to school last year, shared photos of herself at Harvard Business School. She stated that we are never too wise to learn, as no one knows it all. She further stated that there is more to see, understand, and become, as the world is vast.
She admonished the public not to let their success become a ceiling but a stepping stone.
“We’re never too wise to learn. No one knows it all. And that’s the truth.
There’s always more. More to see, more to understand, more to become. The world is vast. Don’t limit yourself to a small corner of it.
Don’t let the success you’ve already achieved become a ceiling. Let it be a stepping stone.
Because by God’s grace, this girl is just getting started”.
Kemi Filani reported in July, 2024 that the wife of Iroko boss, Jason Njoku, had revealed that she was furthering her education at the prestigious American University.
Rejoicing with her, Uche Ogbodo took to her Instagram page to congratulate her as she noted how it isn’t easy to gain admission to the University and prayed for her.
In a message to her late sister, Njoku revealed that she beat 170 successful entrepreneurs from 48 countries to win Harvard OPM64 Idol. She stated that it felt so surreal for her as she questioned who knew their dream was valid and expressed sadness that her sister wasn’t alive for her to share the moment with.
In 2023, Mary was ecstatic after being recognised by the prestigious American magazine Forbes as one of the 50 most influential women in Africa. Mary, expressed gratitude to her husband as she noted how she was only a Mile2-born Nnsukka girl before becoming a power figure.
