Reports making rounds have it that May Yul Edochie, the beautiful wife of Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has filed an N100m lawsuit against his second wife, Judy Austin.
The mum of three, who has filed a petition for the dissolution of her marriage to Yul, is dragging Judy to court for having an affair with her husband.
According to reports, when May filed a divorce petition against Yul, she also filed against Judy for adultery with her husband.
The report stated that Yul and Judy aren’t legally married, despite parading themselves as husband and w!fe on social media. Until May and Yul are officially divorced, Yul can’t get legally married to anyone.
May is reportedly seeking N100 million as damages for the affair which has cost her a lot.
The report added that Judy and Yul, who are aware of the petitions are dodging it.
May Edochie files for divorce from Yul Edochie
Kemi Filani reported last month that May Edochie had begun divorce proceedings from Yul.
According to Linda Ikeji’s blog, May has moved to dissolve their 18-year marriage.
The now mother of three and her lawyer reportedly visited a court on Monday, July 11th, to submit a petition against Yul.
The reports also claimed that Yul has refused the petition, which had caused a delay in the filing of the proceedings.
Adding to it, Instagram blogger, Gistlover alleged that the court granted full custody of their three kids to May Edochie and also granted her full custody of their mansion. The court reportedly warned the actor never to go near the mansion to disturb his first wife.

Just days back, Judy Austin had shed light on how she met her husband, Yul Edochie after her first marriage was dissolved.
Judy Austin claimed she met Yul Edochie years after her first marriage was dissolved in 2013, claiming that was the first time she set her eyes on him.
The fast-rising actress claimed the reports circulating about her on social media are false.
Speaking in a video shared on her social media page, Judy Austin revealed she made the video to clear the air about dating Yul Edochie while still married to her first husband.
“My previous marriage ended in March 2013. And I set my eyes on Yul Edochie for the first time, years after my marriage was completely dissolved.
“So, anyone saying otherwise, they are plainly lying. If I’m lying, if I saw Yul while in my previous marriage, let all the curses that people have been heaping on me, let it happen to me billion times over.
