Mayor Blessing, the best friend of Delta-state politician, Prince Kpokpogri has confirmed his reconciliation with actress, Tonto Dikeh.
Kemi Filani reported two days back that, Tonto Dikeh had reconciled with Kpokpogri, following the intervention of their close friend, Ned Nwoko, the husband of Regina Daniels.
Sources who spoke to a blog said the ex-lovebirds were spotted laughing over their controversial fight that rocked social media.
According to the blog, Ned Nwoko invited Tonto and Kpokpogri to his Abuja house on Sunday, February 5th, 2024, and begged them to make peace and be close pals. To his surprise, they both agreed, shook hands, and buried the hatchet.
Confirming the news, Mayor Blessing, who is the best friend of Kpokpogri and switched tent to Tonto Dikeh during their fallout is currently rejoicing over the news.
He appreciated Ned Nwoko and his wife, Regina Daniels for reconciling the estranged couple.
“A very big thank you to Senator Ned Nwoko and his beautiful wife Regina Daniel Nwoko…my friends are back!”.
Also reacting to the news, actress, Uche Elendu expressed excitement at the actress reuniting with him. She stated that unlike what many think, Tonto is an Angel at heart and she doesn’t deserve enemies.
Recall that Tonto Dikeh went public with her love for Prince Kpokpogri in June 2021 while he was celebrating his birthday. Unfortunately, the relationship didn’t last a year as the two parted ways in September 2021, after a voice note surfaced online of Kpokpogri badmouthing the actress and complaining about her unrepentant behavior.
Their break-up was one of the messiest celebrity breakups as the two exposed their dirty secrets. Tonto accused Kpokpogri of being a fraud and blackmailer and alleged that he had an affair with dancer, Jane Mena and had her sex tape. Jane Mena denied these allegations and the two exchanged words on social media.
Tonto had retrieved the Hilux car she gave to him on his birthday and he had also retrieved the Lexus 570 he gifted her as well.
Speaking on their break-up, Kpokpogri claimed that his relationship with the actress ended because of her addiction to smoking and drinking, which Tonto vehemently denied.
She set the record straight that her relationship didn’t end because of his allegations against her but because he was exposed through a series of voice notes that he was promiscuous, which she confirmed.
Tonto Dikeh stated that she was the one who left the relationship and not the other way around and added that the reason why their relationship became messy was because he wanted the actress to defend him and to stand with him to face his shame.
