Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe has been left emotional over a grand gesture from her producer, Efe Irele.
The movie star, who played a lead role in the upcoming movie, My Mother Is A Witch, had attended the movie premiere on Sunday night, May 17th.
In a video she posted online, Efe had surprised the AMVCA best supporting actress with a flower bouquet after the premiere. Mercy, who shared clips of the adorable moment, described it as the event’s highlight.
She noted how she did something right and expressed gratitude to Efe for the moment. She also gave a shout-out to the movie director, writers, and her co-cast.

Last year, Mercy was in tears over a sweet gesture from Efe Irele. The mother of two shared photos of the bouquet Efe sent her, congratulating her on the start of her production as she wished her the best of luck.
In March, Aigbe shared one of her greatest joys as a filmmaker. The movie star revealed that her greatest joy as a filmmaker was knowing that her movie resonates with so many people and evokes emotions. She expressed how incredible it was to see how her 2023 film touched hearts and continues to inspire many more.
