Funsho Adeoti, the senior wife of Mercy Aigbe’s husband, Kazim Adeoti has concurred with gospel singer, Nathaniel Bassey over his message on breakups.
Taking to his social media page, Nathaniel Bassey revealed that he told one of his girls that some breakups are deliverance in disguise.
According to him, some woke are crying over a failed relationship not knowing God’s mercy delivered them from a lifetime of misery. Admonishing them to wipe their tears, he stated that someday they would look back and wonder what they were thinking as God has a great plan for them.
He ended his post admonishing them to cheer up.
“I told one of our girls today “You think you had a break-up, but unknown to you, it was a deliverance. Some of you are crying and broken over a failed relationship, not knowing God’s mercy delivered you from a lifetime of misery. You better wipe your tears and thank God. You will look back very soon and wonder what you were even thinking. God has a great plan for you. Cheer up jare. Blessings”.
Funsho Adeoti reposted the message on her Instagram story, which she has since deleted.

Last year, Funsho Adeoti mourned their broken marriage, as she revealed that February 15th was supposed to be their 20th wedding anniversary. However, she is grateful for Life and is assured that everything will be fine.
Clarifying things, Funsho Adeoti revealed that she and Kazim aren’t officially divorced, but just separated hence why she was ironically talking about her wedding anniversary.
Recall that Mercy Aigbe made headlines in 2022 when she finally came clean about her relationship with, Kazim Adeoti, who shares four kids with his first wife. Despite the heavy criticisms and backlash the couple received, their love seems to wax stronger daily.
The movie star had surprised many this year when she converted to Islam following her marriage and had given herself a Muslim name, Hajia Minnah.
Speaking on the meaning behind the name, Mercy Aigbe revealed that her husband, Kazim Adeoti was the one who gave her the name.
To solidify her conversion to Islam, Mercy went to Hajj with her husband, Kazim Adeoti in June, alongside Kemi Afolabi. Following her trip to the Holy Land, Mercy Aigbe officially became a Hajia.
