Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson has gushed over her junior colleague and goddaughter, Regina Daniels.
Kemi Filani reported hours ago that Mercy, who had teased a tell-all on Tuesday night, had announced via her Instagram page that she had bagged a deal with an online Refrigerator company. Sharing the good news of her deal, Mercy expressed pride in her latest achievement.
Taking to her comment section, Regina congratulated her on her new deal.
“Nnem! Congratulations, mummy”.
Replying to her, Mercy declared Regina her pride and own blood.
“My pride. My very own blood”.
A day back, Regina had melted hearts when she defended Mercy against Angela Okorie. Slamming her senior colleague, Daniels stated that Angela was mad as she made her know that she and Johnson don’t forgive easily.
Mercy Johnson and Regina Daniels have been thick as thieves for a long time now. Their relationship has transcended beyond the movie screen, with both actresses building a solid relationship outside movie sets.
Recall that Mercy and Regina once fell out allegedly over Regina’ marriage. According to sources, Mercy allegedly tried to advise her to hold on a bit and build her career more before moving on to start a family as she was still a teenager. The advice reportedly didn’t go down well with the Delta-born actress who became angry at Mercy and decided to withdraw a little bit.
However, the two reconciled in 2022, and since then, they have been pouring love on each other.
