Nollywood actress Mercy Johnson Okojie is relying on family following draggings from her colleague, Angela Okorie and her alleged former best friend.
On Friday, Angela had stated that it was time up for Mercy Johnson as she accused her mother of being a witch. She claimed the actress’ mother was fond of tying people’s destinies, and now she is dead, Angela questioned what would become of those whose destinies her mother tied up.
Ifeoma, who is allegedly the former best friend of Mercy Johnson, had also called her out for witchcraft and alleged that her late mother was the mastermind. The lady claimed Mercy was aware of the deaths happening in Nollywood and locked the destinies of the famous music group Style Plus and her colleagues.
She further alleged that Mercy Johnson made her mad, but luckily, her church helped her reduce it from 100% to 20%.
Amid the scandal, the movie star is focusing on her family as she took to her Instagram page to celebrate her last born, Divine’s birthday.
Dedicating her to God, she pleaded with Him to hold her and allow His grace, favour and peace in her life to confuse men.
“My Baby is 4 today… Hold her, lord… let your grace, favour, peace and promotion in her life confuse men. Do that which only you can do in her life. Happy Birthday, Divine. Mummy loves you more than her own life”.
In another post, Mercy shared photos from her daughter’s birthday celebration as she made it known that family is all that matters to her.
“My family is all that matters”, she captioned the video.
Recall that filmmaker Sam Olatunji had defended Mercy Johnson as he pondered on how Angela came to the conclusion that Mercy Johnson’s mother was a witch if she wasn’t one herself. He admonished her fans to check up on her as he believed she was having a mental breakdown
Sam noted how the actress is fond of calling everyone out but thinks she has the most perfect character.
In his comment section, Yvonne agreed with him as she noted how Angela Okorie doesn’t see anything wrong in herself.
Last year, Angela Okorie had gone on a tirade against her colleagues, Kate Henshaw, Uche Elendu, and Anita Joseph. She had unleashed fury at Kate Henshaw for being a pretender, claiming that Kate has been badmouthing her to other colleagues, telling them she lacks respect.
Angela dragged Uche Elendu, accusing her of violating her privacy, by recording a video of her during her trying times and sending it to blogger Stella Dimoko Korkus.
She called Anita Joseph the most useless of them all, as she exposed both Anita and Uche for sleeping with a native doctor for fame and swallowing lizards for fame.
Recently, she dragged Zubby Michael after he failed to mourn his dead colleague, Junior Pope. She accused him of being envious of others and fighting to be the number one in Nollywood. She further claimed she once fed and catered for him.
