Nollywood actress Mo Bimpe has expressed pride in her elder sister and senior colleague Toyin Abraham over her new milestone.
Toyin had revealed that her new movie, Bhad, and Boujee, had grossed over 205 million in 10 days, making it the second highest-grossing Nollywood movie of the weekend. She noted how many people tried putting down her work, but God showed himself as God. Toyin stated that beating her record has always been her goal.
Reacting to the news, Mo Bimpe expresses how proud and happy she is of Toyin as she celebrates her growth and God’s grace in her life.
Mo Bimpe also gave a shout-out to Toyin’s husband, Kolawole as she praised him for being amazing and prayed for him.

Toyin has no doubt come a long way in a career. In September, she had slammed a fan of Funke Akindele, for putting down her hard work. The actress had shared a throwback photo of her photoshoot for the crew of Ijakumo, and someone had compared it to Funke’s project, questioning why she must always copy her in everything. Replying to him, Toyin expressed how tired she was of people putting down her hard work.
The relationship between Mo Bimpe and Toyin can be compared to that of a mother and daughter. In October, Mo Bimpe had penned a sweet note to her Toyin as she shared photos of them twinning in matching outfits. Crowning Toyin ‘her’ Woman Crush, she appreciated her for being supportive of her and her dreams.
Last year, Toyin had reassured Mo Bimpe of her genuine love. She had described the wife of Lateef as her younger daughter with whom she is well pleased. Giving a lifetime assurance to her, she stated that their love was not for social media.
Reciprocating the love, Bimpe described Toyin as her ‘small mummy’, who is fond of scolding her. She affirmed her undying love for the actress as she expressed how much she cherishes the mum of one. The movie star pleaded with Toyin to reduce the amount of stress she gives to her husband, Kolawole Ajeyemi.
In other news, Yomi Fabiyi had dragged Mo Bimpe over her relationship with Abraham. The actor, who helped shoot Mo Bimpe to stardom, slammed her for being ungrateful to him as he noted how she chose Toyin, who had no help in her career growth over him.
