Nollywood actress, Mo Bimpe is a proud wife as her husband, Lateef Adedimeji bags his first lead role nomination at the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Award.
Kemi Filani reported that the AMVCA released its list of 2024 nominees on Sunday night for the 10th edition of the prestigious award. Lateef Adedimeji has been nominated for the best lead actor for his exceptional role in Femi Adebayo’s movie, Jagun Jagun.
Sharing the good news on her Instagram page, Mo Bimpe, who celebrated her birthday a few days back, stated that this is the most sensational birthday gift to her.
She expressed pride in her husband as she stated that she was never in doubt of him as she noted how his hard work, dedication, and professionalism have never gone unnoticed.

Lateef Adedimeji, on his part, revealed that his wife had informed him of his nomination, which left him speechless. He expressed gratitude to his Maker as he stated that being recognized for what he does is a love language for him and right now, he is elated.
Lateef stated that his nomination is a win for everyone around him who has contributed in one way or the other to his growth. Appreciating them, he promised to continue giving his best to his fans and supporters.

Last year, Mo Bimpe shared the touching story behind her husband’s phenomenal role in Jagun Jagun. In a lengthy post on her Instagram page accompanied by a video of Lateef Adedimeji in severe pain, Mo Bimpe recounted how her husband broke his leg on day one of filming and thought he was going to delay production.
Mo Bimpe revealed that she was so worried and couldn’t look into his eyes because the pain was too obvious, even off-set her husband endured it till the end of production.
Praising him, she crowned him her Superhero as she cheered on him for his hard work, dedication, determination, and talent.
