Joseph Aloba, a Nigerian prophet and the father of the late singer, Ileriouluwa Oladimeji Aloba who was popularly known as Mohbad has been gifted a car by a good Samaritan.
A Facebook user identified as Bukky Jesse Plug, shared the good news on her page as she congratulated him on his new possession. Calling for prayers for the giver, the lady said a word of prayers for Mohbad’s father.
“Thank u Oba Asekanmaku. Mohbad’s dad finally got his car today, congratulations sir. May the giver never lack anything good in her life. As the giver has made Mohbad’s dad happy, joy will never elude in her life IJN. Amen.
Pls, all kindly say a word of prayer to the giver”.
Taking to the comment section, while many rejoiced with the late singer’s father, others slammed him for being too materialistic.

A day back, Mohbad’s father had raised questions over his late son’s will, questioning a 26-year-old could have done a thumbprinted will. He expressed disbelief at how his son, who was well educated could do a thumbprinted will, rather than sign it.
Challenging the will, Joseph Aloba stated that he believes the document was doctored and is fake. He also pointed out how a lawyer was present at Mohbad’s house, and not even a doctor when the news of his death broke out.
His son’s management had tackled him as they debunked reports of a will. His management made it known that there is no will, neither is there a thumb printed document, and urged his father and others to refrain from sharing false and misleading statements.
Last week, Joseph Aloba had made a strong allegation against his son’s wife, Wunmi, and lawyer, Femi Falana.
In an interview with MAX FM, Joseph alleged that his life had been threatened by his daughter-in-law and her lawyers. Crying out for help, he claimed that he didn’t know where to live as Wunmi and Femi Falana were threatening to eliminate him.
In an emotional song, Mohbad’s father cries out to God, noting how the world is against him and is using his son to fight him.
He voiced out his heartbreak over how the world is making him cry through the child his creator gave him, adding that they hurt the singer when he was alive and still wanted to eat his dead body.
Calling on his creator, he told Him to help him as he is human and powerless.
Mohbad’s father first lost the admiration of many when he defended Naira Marley for bullying his son. The viral video left many questioning if he was the biological father of the late singer as they expressed disgust at his revelation.
He had also angered many with his quick burial of his son, as the singer was buried the next day after his death.
