Karimot, the sister of Omowunmi, the widow of the late fast-rising singer, Ileriouluwa Oladimeji better known as Mohbad has distanced herself from Omowunmi.
In a video captured online, Karimot vowed that henceforth, she wouldn’t have anything to do with the late singer as she told her sister to count her over. She reiterated that she would never involve herself anymore in his case.
Karimot said that her prayer is that God will see Omowunmi through. She, however, made it known that she isn’t scared of anybody but she is one with Mohbad’s case.
Her elder sister added that if Joseph Aloba, the father of Mohbad, comes for her, she will also come for him. She noted how the disclaimer Omowunmi made this morning was for her but she wouldn’t be angry over it.
“Omowunmi From today, anything that has to do with your husband, count me out. I Titilayo will never involve myself anymore. My prayer is that God shall see you through. I am not scared of anybody but I am done with MOH’s case. Now let me tell you, if Jossy(MOH’s Dad) comes for me, I will come for him too. The disclaimer you made this morning was for me but I will not get mad”.
The whole drama with Mohbad’s wife started when Karimot blasted Mohbad’s father over his calls for DNA, claiming that Mohbad was constantly infecting Wunmi with sexually transmitted diseases, which she always treated with antibiotics.
Slamming Nigerians clamoring for DNA tests, she noted how many are in marriages where their spouse is giving them STDs, as she vowed to involve the US government should anything happen to Omowunmi and her son.
Debunking her statement, Omowunmi urged the public to help her preserve the lovely memory of her husband describing him as a good and loving man whom she would marry over and over again. She made it known that she had never told anyone that her late husband gave her an STD, belonged to a cult, was on drugs, or had physically assaulted her.
Hitting back at her, Karimot threatened to spill all as she told her younger sister to expect her response shortly.
For some days now, Karimot has been defending her sister against attacks on social media. She had called on The Ministry of Women Affairs and the Lagos Government to protect her sister, as she noted how internet trolls have been cursing Liam on social media without any reason.
In another post, she had even dragged Mohbad’s father for overlooking his son’s graveyards. She called out the hypocrisy of how he was crying that people were picking sand from his son’s graveyard, yet he was comfortable leaving the graveyard open.
Karimot stated that Mohbad was frustrated in his lifetime and now, they will use the sand on his graveside for fetish purposes.
