Veteran actor John Okafor, popularly known as Mr Ibu is 61 today, October 17th.
The veteran took to his Instagram page to share stunning photos.
The actor, who had a scary health challenge this year, seems to be back on his feet.
Mr Ibu stated that his being alive is the Lord’s doing and it’s marvelous in his sights.
“Happy birthday to me! It’s the Lords doing and it’s marvelous in our sights”.
Mr Ibu gets re-admitted to the hospital
In May, Stella Maris, wife of Mr Ibu, had disclosed that he had been readmitted to the hospital on which doubled as their wedding anniversary.
In a deleted-Instagram post, Stella Maris revealed,
“Hello my beautiful people, by this time last year 25th May my wedding anniversary my husband was admitted in the hospital today again 25th May he is in the hospital but I give God all the glory happy wedding anniversary to us @realmribu1 I can’t kill myself it’s well.”
Stella, had first called for prayers for her husband after she announced that he was admitted to a hospital in Abuja on March 24.
“Please my people pray for my husband @realmribu, his currently in the hospital now but God is the greatest in everything, He no longer has access to @realmribu, the account was hacked, you can reach him on realmribu1 on TikTok,” she wrote on Instagram.
The actor was discharged from the hospital a few months ago after revealing he suffered food poisoning.
Mr Ibu celebrates his recovering in grand style
To celebrate his recovery, Mr Ibu was given a grand welcome by his daughter.
The actor who was back on his feet received a warm welcome reception from his daughter.
Showing her father how much she loved him, she sang for him to celebrate his escape from death.
