Veteran music producer and recording artist, Samuel Oguachuba better known as Samklef has earned praises from Nigerians for raising over N15 million for late singer, Mohbad’s son.
The music producer made the news known on his Twitter page as he appreciated all who contributed towards the upkeep of the singer’s son and for fighting for him.
Along with a screenshot, he stated that the total amount of money raised is N15,567,300.
“Here is the total money raised as at this morning for Mohbad’s son N15,567,300. God bless you all for all you do and for fighting for Imole, he was an Angel among us”, he tweeted.
The news was received with joy as many pleaded with the music producer to keep the money away from Mohbad’s father.

Since it came to light that the singer had a son who he was keeping private, many have been offering financial support to his wife.
Just a day back, Business mogul and talent manager, Soso Soberekon donated N2 million to Mohbad’s son.
Nigerian businessman and Chairman of Almubee Group, Almubee had also gifted his Omowunmi N2 million and had promised to sponsor their son to the University level.
Even singer, Naira Marley, who many have been pointing accusing fingers at, was reportedly raising funds for Mohbad’s son. This gesture was reported by media personality and artist Samklef.
When the news of his demise made rounds, his wife and the mother of his child cried out over the responsibility of taking care of their child alone.
In a series of posts on her Instagram page, the mother of one pondered on where she would start from as she noted how the responsibilities of two have become one.
