In a sit-down interview with actress and influencer Susan Pwajok, BBNaija winner Laycon was asked where he got his strength from. He responded by saying that his mind controls everything, including what he lets in, perceives, and what he gives out.
Laycon also stated that whenever he feels down physically, mentally, and emotionally, he looks inwards and then draws to energy to regain himself.
This BBNaija alum has always been particular about his mind, and that is one of the reasons why people liked him when he was on the show. He entered as the winner against all odds, and there was a huge gap between his votes and the second runner up.
Laycon’s ‘mind’ was one of the things that Erica Nlewedim liked about him. She once made a statement that she like Laycon for his mind, while she likes Kiddwaya for his physical attributes. This caused a lot of division amongst her fans, and she lost some of them. A lot of them were upset over the fact that he liked her, but she didn’t reciprocate because of Kiddwaya.
The failed romance between Erica and Laycon further built his fan base, and the final nail on the coffin was when Erica Nlewedim got drunk and lashed out at him, which later led to her subsequent disqualification.
After leaving the BBNaija house as a winner, Laycon went on to pursue his music career as he had earlier said while in the BBNaija house. He has released quite a number of songs, which mostly fall into the rap category.
Apart from music, Laycon has also gone into philanthropy, as he established a non-profit organization that focuses on appreciation nature.
Laycon has also put his ‘mind’ into use, as he recently bagged a Masters Degree abroad, which was widely celebrated on social media.
