Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has shared a video of her husband, Ned Nwoko speaking highly of her behind her back.
Taking to her Instagram page, she shared a video of her husband at a dinner with her mother, Rita Daniels, and others as he praised his wife for being a rare gem. He revealed that Regina had many suitors, including Reverend Pastors, film producers, and more, but she kept her virginity till after they got married.
He went on to praise Regina Daniels’ mother, Rita for raising her well.
He said in the clip, “She is such a gem. Yes, she told me that there were so many suitors, including Reverend Pastors, film producers, and many. They were all pampering her and sending her gifts, but she didn’t say yes to any of them or sleep with them. By the time we got married, she was a virgin”.
Gushing over the video, Regina stated that she loves it when her husband speaks of her behind her.
“Hubby just sent me this really cute video his friend made, and I couldn’t help but share.
Isn’t this not a planned conversation about me with his friends and colleagues so cute? Honestly, I always love hearing hubby speak about me with so much love, especially in my absence”.
A few days back, Regina had recounted how her mother and family were against her marriage to her husband. She shut down claims that she had no choice when she married Ned, as she made them know that she had over 20 boyfriends when she met Ned Nwoko and was visiting one of them when she met Ned.
In a later post, Regina clarified her statement, saying she had lots of boyfriends, but she made a promise to keep her virginity till her marriage, and that’s what she did. Calling it a big flex, she said she was clarifying things up to soothe her husband and to educate young girls that having several male/ boyfriends willing to do things for you doesn’t mean you have to sleep with them.
In October, Regina responded to those hoping for her to leave her older husband as she shared a screenshot of her husband expressing concern about her after she told him she was going out with friends. Reacting to it, Regina slammed those who said she should leave the marriage as she vowed to die there.
Regina Daniels shocked the internet when she married in April 2019, to politician, Ned Nwoko, who is older than her with 38 years.
In May, the couple celebrated their 5th anniversary with a clip of them doing a photoshoot. Regina stated that the past five years have been a remarkable one for them, with so much love to show for it. Ned Nwoko also described the past five years with her as good and eventful, as he stated they were just starting.
