Big Brother Naija Season 5 first runner up Nengi Hampson is in deep pain following the death of Season 3 reality star, Rico Swavey.
Kemi Filani news reported hours ago that Tobi Bakre broke the news of his untimely death.
Taking to Instagram to share a photo with the deceased, Nengi revealed that his death is the hardest thing she has to do.
According to her, his death is the deepest pain, she has felt since her mother’s demise.
She, however, is grateful for the joy he brought to her and the experience they shared together.
She noted how the reality star stood by her, even when the world was against her.
“This is the hardest thing I’ve had to do in a long time. Deepest pain I’ve felt since I lost my mother. I prayed, I was hopeful, I woke up expecting some good news but God in his infinite wisdom knows best…. I’m grateful for all the joy you brought me, I’m grateful to have experienced you. Every single time the world is against me, you’re there defending and encouraging me. You’ve been there every step of the way. My sweet boy, a rare gem, happiest person I know… I lost my brother and life would never be the same without you. Rest well baby”.
Rico Swavey is dead
Kemi Filani news reported hours ago that Rico Swavey was dead.
His co-star, Tobi Bakre announced his demise moments ago.
Taking to his Instagram page, Tobi Bakre shared a photo of him and the deceased as he revealed that he would use the picture to remember him.
“This is how I will remember us brother. Forever”.
Rico Swavey involved in accident
Recall that his fellow ex-housemate in Big Brother Naija season 3, Alex Asogwa aka Alex Unusual, announced the news of his fatal accident on Tuesday, October 11.
According to her, the doctors were trying to resuscitate Rico Swavey as of the time she left the hospital.
Alex further asked fans to put Rico Swavey in their prayers, as he was in a critical position.
She also said that she was staying positive concerning the sad occurrence, as she also shared a screenshot of the tweet on her Instagram story.
Alex, however, did not state where the accident occurred or how it happened.
Rico Swavey’s management speaks out
His management also released video of accident scene.
This came after his management gave update on his health status after it was announced that he was involved in a terrible car accident.
The handler of his social media page also released video of the accident scene.
“Hello everyone, Rico Swavey is not disposed to handle his socials right now as he was involved in a ghastly accident and is currently on life support. While his situation is critical and doctors are on him, We implore your support and prayers. Signed: Management,” the post on Twitter reads.
