Social media users are pleading to Big Brother Naija ‘Shine ya eyes‘ winner, Hazel Onuo better known as Whitemoney to retire from music.
The reality star cum singer, was one of the performers at comedian, Funny Bone’s Live Concert. In videos that is making rounds online, the reality star cum chef and singer could be seen performing one of his hit songs, Igbo Kwenu.
Taking to the comment section, many cried out over how the singer is torturing music lovers with his songs.

Recall that in September, 2022, Whitemoney announced his record deal with singer, Banky W’s record label. He shared several photos with the music star, noting how he was in good hands and was ready to make good music.
Banky W, had however, dismissed the reports by making it clear that he didn’t sign the reality star as his label was no longer existing. He clarified that he only helped Whitemoney get an ambassadorial deal with one of his corporate clients and re-emphasized that he didn’t sign Whitemoney but only got him an ambassadorial deal.
Recall that following his exist from the reality show, Whitemoney, released his debut single titled ‘Selense’. He expressed appreciation to God for making his dream a reality, including fans and everyone who had supported him.
However, many fans and social media users expressed mixed feelings over the song as it did not meet their expectations. While some advised him to leave music and focus on business or movies, others said he should learn from his colleague Efe and avoid wasting money.
