Fans of Cubana Chiefpriest have come to the rescue after a Twitter hater dragged him for his preferred choice of Governorship candidate in Lagos.
It will be recalled that Cubana Chiefpriest endorsed Lagos Governor Bajide Sanwo-Olu for a second term.
Cubana, a popular business mogul and socialite, urged Lagos residents to vote for Sanwo-Olu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the Governorship election.
Despite supporting the Labour Party during the presidential election, he mentioned that Sanwo-Olu deserves another chance to implement his plans for the State.
Some individuals expressed their disapproval of Cubana’s endorsement on Twitter, resulting in a series of critical comments aimed at him.
Someone said, “How dare Cubana, who is a core obedient member endorse SanwoOlu for a second term! What is really happening?”
Lovers of Cubana Chiefpriest have, however, supported him with reasons.

One said: Cubana Chief Priest supported Peter Obi with his full chest, he put his resources too on the line to fight for what he believes in, even despite being very close to imo state government he didn’t not support the governor’s choice for governorship and senate in the zone where he comes from, he supported labour too.
Apart from having a club or any other business in Lagos, if he believes that Sanwo Olu has worked for Lagos and choose to support him for another term, that’s same way he believed that Peter Obi can save Nigeria and supported him. We should all support who we believe in without fight one another for it. It’s not worth it at all. Just saying my view based on my knowledge of this man, his only crime sometimes is going all out for what he believes in. Choice is the beauty of democracy. Let’s respect that.
