May Yul Edochie, the estranged wife of Nollywood actor Yul Edochie, has come under fire for posting her condolence visit to her husband’s late colleague, Junior Pope’s wife.
Kemi Filani reported that following the burial of the late actor on Friday, May had taken to her Instagram page to share photos of her condolence visit to his widow.
Sending encouraging words to Jennifer, his wife, she told her to draw her strength from the Lord as she noted how difficult it was to get her to smile. May expressed hope that someday, Jennifer would have reasons to smile again.
“Swagking and principal of the swag nation, as you are finally laid to rest today, may you find eternal rest in the bosom of the Almighty. You may not be here physically, but I’m sure you would want your family to be okay.

The photos didn’t sit well with many who slammed her for chasing clout with a grieving woman.

Recall that on Junior Pope’s posthumous birthday on May 8th, May shared his last messages as she penned an emotional note to his wife. She noted how posthumous birthdays could refresh all the sad memories. However, she admonished her to see it as his heavenly birthday. She went on to describe his death as agonising as she threw several questions at him.
