Popular Nigerian doctor, Dr Penking, as he is known on Twitter, has called out Afrobeat music star, Wizkid over his countenance at his mother’s burial.
The award-winning artiste, who has worn a solemn look for the past few days, was seen looking all smiles at his mother’s final burial on Friday.
In a video that made rounds, Wizkid could be seen sitting with Oba Elegushi as they laughed and joked.
Clearly not impressed with his happy countenance, Dr Penking questioned why anyone who just lost his mother, would be happy at her funeral.
He questioned if there was something the public didn’t know about her death.
“How can someone who just lost his mother be this happy. Is there something we don’t know?”.
His post has earned backlash as many slammed him for being insensitive.

In a video that made rounds online, Wizkid was seen looking downcast at her candle night procession on Wednesday.
In a live video shared by his sister, he was seen looking forlorn and close to tears with his head bowed.
Since her death, the star artist has chosen to step back from the limelight and social media
Also during his mother’s night of tribute, the singer, who seems to have been very close to his mother before her demise, broke down as he gave an emotional speech at her funeral.
He admitted that the pain is profound and it hurts deeply. According to him, it is the deepest pain he has ever felt in his life.
The Grammy singer stated that he is lost but he prays God will comfort every one of them.
