Nigerians on social media have reacted after Nollywood actor Alexx Ekubo shaved off his beard for a movie project he is currently working on.
The 34-year-old shared a video of himself getting a clean shave in an Instagram post on Friday.
According to him, He’s currently acting a role with comedian AY and is set in Kaduna, however, the title of the movie and the role he will be playing.
“I SHAVED MY BEARDS & ALTERED MY LOOK. Filming an @aycomedian blockbuster in Kaduna. This sensational story would send you on a roller coaster of emotions.
“Be expectant. We are working, when we are done, you would like it,” he wrote.
The photo sparked mixed reactions from his fans with some of them drooling over the photo while others questioned if the role played in the movie was worth the stress.
