It is no longer news that controversial Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing recently lost her mother, Mrs Gloria Obasi Sunday died on 23rd, September 2021, a few days to her birthday.
In a new update concerning the sad incident, Nkechi Blessing took to her Instagram page to share the burial details.
The post states that the family would hold the Christian wake keep on Friday 15th October, interment service on Saturday 16th October at Ojodu Berger, Lagos, while the thanksgiving service will be on 17th October.
Nkechi Blessing added that she would continue to do her best as God would help her handle the rest.
She captioned the post: Over to you lord Jesus. I can only do my best while you help me handle the rest. Keep resting mummy. To my fans who would like to attend the Wake keep.
Kemi Filani News recalls that Nkechi Blessing penned down an emotional tribute for her mother as she recounts how she has been working day and night to ensure her mother does not beg for food.
In a post shared on her Instagram page, Nkechi Blessing said if doctors had requested money to keep her mother, she would have begged the world to help her.
However, her mother only complained of stomach aches, and the next thing was death. Nkechi Bless, who is still in denial of the sad incident, wondered how she would face the world with her mother.
According to Nkechi Blessing, she had built a house for her mother as a surprise birthday gift, but sadly she left without seeing it.
