Congratulatory messages are pouring in for award winning singer, Davido and his family, The Adeleke’s as his uncle, Senator Ademola Adeleke emerges as the incoming governor of Osun State.
KFN reports that The electoral commission, INEC, had formally declared Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the winner of the governorship election held in Osun State.
The INEC Chief Returning Officer for Osun, Oluwatoyin Ogundipe, who announced the result Sunday Morning said the PDP candidate scored 403,371 votes to emerge victorious.
The runner-up was the incumbent governor, Gboyega Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who polled 375,027 votes.
I hereby declare that Ademola Adeleke “having satisfied the requirement of the law is hereby declared the winner and he is returned elected,” Mr Ogundipe said.
Following the good news, many celebrities took to their pages to congratulate him on his victory.

Kemi Filani news recalls while reacting to this, popular Nigerian Comedian, Francis Agoda better known as I Go Dye, has warned the incoming governor to listen to the cries of the people and do the needful.
He also warned him not to dance and forget how he got to the seat of power.
“BUHARI THAT I KNOW WILL NOT JOIN ANY GOVERNORS , POLITICIANS OR GROUP TO RIG ANY ELECTIONS IF HE LIKE LET HIM DANCE AND FORGET HOW HE GOT ELECTED,” I Go Dye wrote.
