Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing Sunday has spoken about her fake proposal with her boyfriend, Xxssive.
Yesterday, Xxssive was captured proposing to Nkechi Blessing, whom he has been dating for over three years. In the viral clip, the comedian was seen putting a ring on Nkechi’s finger as he threw a kiss at her.
Taking to her Instagram story, Nkechi questioned if online in-laws aren’t the ones telling people to marry their best friends.
Following the mixed reactions that trail the proposal, Nkechi Blessing took to her Instagram to announce that the engagement was fake.
The actress announced that her proposal was indeed a fake one and the venue used in the video was one of her contracts as an event planner. She stayed the proposal was the first engagement event she had ever planned.
Speaking about 2024, she said the year came with blessings she could not contain, and she is not ashamed to openly thank God for the year.
She is hopeful that the coming year will favour her brand.

For some months now, break-up rumours have been trailing her relationship with Xxssive, who she started dating in 2021 after her failed relationship with Ekiti State politician Opeyemi Falegan.

The movie star, via her Instagram page, shared new photos of herself as she revealed her plans to relocate to the sky. A netizen questioned where her boyfriend, Xxssive, was, and Nkechi Blessing hit back, stating that if he lived anywhere close to him, then he should go to his house as he is right there. She slammed him for looking for her boyfriend on Instagram.
