Nollywood actors Nosa Rex and Adanma Luke have replied their colleague, Ruby Ojiakor for dragging them over Junior Pope’s death.
Hours ago, Ruby, who was close friends with the deceased, took to her Instagram page to call out Baba Rex and Adanma Luke, the producer of the movie, which claimed his life and others.
She noted how Baba Rex is using Junior Pope’s death as content on Instagram, while Adanma Luke is allegedly telling people how he begged her for a job rather than grieving him.
Reacting to it, Baba Rex told her to respect herself and avoid pissing him off. He stated that the video he made of a movie director forcing him to dive into a River was to send message to other actors and not to chase clout. He added that though he doesn’t owe her any explanation, but the video he made was of a real situation.
Nosa made her know that he wouldn’t warn her again but he would let things slide because he knows how much Ruby loved Junior Pope.
“Dear Ruby. Normally I don’t owe any explanation for the video. But I will let u know so that people will read. That video was a real situation on set. I refused to enter the water and they had to change the entire script. I was trying to pass a message and I am sure some people saw the message. But he is you love JP too much, u decided to call me out. Madam respect yourself, try not to piss me off. I won’t warn you again. For the people wey really know me, I be content myself, I no dey chase am”.
Taking to her Instagram story, Adanma pointed out the hypocrisy of how Ruby chasing clouts with Junior Pope’s death and everything, yet was calling her a clout chaser.
She stated that God sees her heart, but for now, she won’t push further because Ruby doesn’t deserve it. She added that she has received worse things from better people.
“The one that carries camera everywhere she goes. The real content creator. Only God sees our heart but for now, I won’t push further because you no reach. I have had worse things from better people”.
Uche Ogbodo, had also slammed Ruby, noting how people mourn differently as she made her know that they all loved JP and feel his death. She told her to stop accusing people because she couldn’t truly see their hearts.
Meanwhile, Stanley Ontop expressed excitement that Ruby and others have woken up to see what he has been saying. He stated that one’s goal should be to fight against death, as he remembered his late colleague.
Refreshing your memory, Junior Pope lost his life after drowning at Anam River in Anambra State while returning from a movie set on April 8th.
The actor was finally laid to rest amidst years in his hometown in Ukehe, Enugu State, in May, with the likes of Destiny Etiko, KCee, E-Money, Zubby Michael, Benson Okonkwo, Chinwe Owoh, Rita Edochie, Uche Nnanna, Queen Wokoma, Ruby Ojiakor and more in attendance.
