The Oba Elegushi of Ikate Kingdom, Oba Saheed Ademola Elegushi has filed a petition against two ladies, Bukky Jesse, Comfort Ilesanmi, and others for spreading false rumors about him and Mohbad’s son.
Last year, a Twitter user alleged that the Oba of Elegushi was the biological father of late singer, Mohbad’s son. According to her, the Oba had fathered the boy with Wunmi, the widow of Mohbad.
The monarch, through his representative, had addressed the issue, promising to take necessary actions against her.
Carrying out his promise, the monarch has petitioned Interpol to arrest online bullies for using social media platforms to defame his character by spreading false and malicious stories about him.
In the petition that has been received by the Nigerian Police, the king wants the police to move against one Abode Comfort Ilesanmi who is using a TikTok account to embarrass the traditional ruler.
Recall that following the singer’s death, many have been clamoring for a DNA test to be done on Liam, his son to ascertain his paternity.
Omawunmi, addressing these demands, had taken a firm stance. Given her current financial struggles and the responsibility of raising Liam alone, she insisted that those urging for a DNA test should be prepared to pay for it.
Among those passionately advocating for a paternity test was Kemi Olunloyo, who even claimed that Wunmi, had been sending individuals her way.
Kemi Olunloyo had even hinted that she possessed the DNA test results and was prepared to share them with the world if Wunmi did not disclose the identity of her child’s father.
Also, Very Dark Man stated that such a test was essential to remove any doubts surrounding the child’s paternity, as nearly everyone seems to be considered a suspect.
He even put forth various reasons to support this suspicion, including allegations that Mohbad used his wife’s bank account when he was newly signed to Marlian Records due to not having one of his own.
Moreover, he disclosed that Mohbad had purchased land and properties for his wife and her mother, raising questions about their financial dealings.
Even Mohbad’s father had called for DNA to be done on his son, a statement which Cynthia Morgan agreed with.
Cynthia Morgan disclosed that if Mohbad’s late wife really loved and respected him, she would have also respected Mohbad’s father’s wishes.
She also went on to state that Nigerians were bullying Mohbad’s father alluding to the situation that had occurred between her and Jude, who was her former manager.
Also, recall that Mohbad’s father had claimed that his late son’s wife was unfaithful to him and was even putting sleeping pills in his noodles.
His father stated that he doesn’t trust her, especially since all of the singer’s properties are in her mother’s name.
Similarly, one of the late singer’s friends, Micee had alleged that Omawunmi was a lesbian and was having an affair with the late singer’s female manager.
He even alleged that Mohbad knew of the affair as he had videos of them in the act, which his manager boldly sent to him.
Micee added that his wife and others are trying to hide stuff and out of fear, he refused to mention names.
