Nollywood actress and filmmaker Omoni Oboli is celebrating her daughter-in-law, Marelle Oboli as she marks her birthday today, August 2nd, 2025.
Sharing photos of her daughter-in-law, Omoni noted how she isn’t the only girl anymore as she described her daughter-in-law as one of God’s perfect gifts for them.

Last year, while celebrating Marelle birthday, Omoni addressed her as her first daughter. The mother of three boys expressed gratitude to God for making her a part of their family. She prayed that her sweet daughter had a year filled with God’s choicest gifts and always stay safe.
Just a week back, Omoni had celebrated her granddaughter Naya as she turned one. She stated that her heart was overflowing with joy and revealed that she prayed and longed for her daughter, and God brought her to them. She described her mini-me as the smartest, happiest and most beautiful baby girl ever.
Recall that in August, Omoni had announced the birth of her first grandchild, a baby girl. Sharing the good news, Omoni expressed her happiness, as she stated that their hearts were filled with gratitude and joy. The proud grandmother revealed the newborn’s name as Naya, as she described her as the perfect gift from God.
A week after the announcement, Omoni gave her fans and followers a glimpse at the newborn as she shared a video of herself walking her granddaughter.
Early last year, Omoni’s son, Nnamdi had wedded, Marelle, in a private ceremony. Omoni shared photos from the ceremony as she revealed that her son married on a cold winter evening.
