Nollywood actress Omoni Oboli has been criticized for kissing veteran Nollywood actor Richard Mofe Damijo in a movie they starred in together.
The Instagram user identified as Jules Nkam faulted the Nollywood actress for kissing in such a manner considering her marital status.
According to Jules Nkam (Instagram user), there are some traditions that guide married women in Nigerian; hence Omoni Oboli’s action is a shame.
The Instagram user wrote: “I am just watching one of your movies when you’re running for governorship election against your husband Richard Mofedamijo, see how you guys are kissing each other in the name of the film. You’re married for God’s sake and we have a tradition in that country. What a shame”.
Reacting, Omoni Oboli carpets the Instagram user as she questioned how they could educate her on movie production to understand some of the things portrayed are not real.
According to the actress, she will be playing a prostitute in her next movie, and that does not make her a prostitute in real life.
