Following the gruesome killings at St Francis Catholic Church, Owo in Ondo State, popular actress and comedienne, Bose Ogunboye, popularly known as Lepacious Bose, has expressed shock over the way Nigerians moved on quickly after the massacre.
Kemi Filani recalls that many worshippers were confirmed dead, while several others sustained injuries after suspected terrorists attacked St Francis Catholic Church in Owo, the headquarters of Owo Local Government Area of Ondo State on Sunday, June 5, 2022.
An eyewitness who spoke to Kemi Filani said “the herdsmen invaded the church during service at saint Xavier Catholic Church OWO. They killed all the people and kidnapped the priest! The videos are gory…the whole church filled with dead bodies and blood everywhere….”
Unhappy with the way Nigerians went about their daily activities moments after mourning the deaths, Lepacious Bose, expressed disappointment over recent twerk videos, funny skits, gossips and jokes flying around the internet.
She stated that she is surprised on how Nigerians moved on fast, after screaming and crying over Owo massacre.
“It’s like nothing happened!
Like yesterday was a horror movie we all watched on TV and now it’s over.

A man can go to a club alone without his wife and children, a wife can go for owambe leaving the children behind; you see church and mosque is mostly attended “together” so technically some families have been wiped out yesterday! And you think your dancing video is more important? What you wore to a party last night is the issue? Who chop breakfast matters right now? No wonder they never take us seriously!!!
