It is raining congratulatory messages for the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye, and his third wife, Olori Tobi Phillips as they welcome a set of twins.
The Ooni disclosed the news on his Instagram page hours ago with a photo of him and his beloved wife. Expressing gratitude to God for the great He has done for them, he announced the birth of his set of twins.
The Ooni made it known that his wife and their twins were doing well to the glory of God.
“To God be the glory great things he has done. Hearty congratulations to the entire House of Oduduwa and Olori Tobiloba, who today birthed a Prince and Princess to the Royal throne of Oduduwa.
Mother and children are doing well to the glory of God Almighty”.
Taking to his comment section, the likes of Said Balogun, Woli Agba, Toyin Tomato, Jide Awobona, and others rejoiced with the monarch.

Though the Ooni wasn’t in sight, the King sent his guards, chief, and royal staff to the wedding ceremony.
Last year, Olori Tobi Phillips celebrated their first anniversary with stunning photos, as she noted how it has been 365 days of Grace with her love.
Expressing her love for her husband, she stated that it was a lifetime to go.
Opening up on how she met the Ooni in an interview with TVC ‘Your View’, Olori Tobi revealed that a mutual friend had introduced her to the monarch, and their chemistry kicked off. However, the two couldn’t get married at that time because of many interferences, which was quite devastating.
In what seems like a message to those who believe she is with the monarch for money, Olori Tobi stated that she told herself she was going to marry for love, hence, why she accepted to be the King’s third wife.
The ex-beauty queen also recounted how she waited for 8 years before eventually getting to become Queen.
Some months back, Olori Tobi had revealed how she bought a box full of Asooke to pepper others.
According to her, she had bought the Asooke after her marriage, and her husband, the Ooni had looked at her sarcastically especially since she isn’t a lover of headgear.
Lamenting, Olori Tobi complained about the constant headache she experiences after wearing them.
