The other wives of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye have reacted to the news of the birth of a set of twins by his third wife, Olori Tobi Phillips.
Hours ago, the Ooni via his Instagram page had announced the birth of twins with a photo of him and his third wife and ex-beauty queen, Olori Tobi Phillips. Expressing gratitude to God for the great He has done for them, he announced the birth of his set of twins.
The Ooni made it known that his wife and their twins were doing well to the glory of God.
Taking to his comment section, the likes of Said Balogun, Woli Agba, Toyin Tomato, Jide Awobona, and others rejoiced with the monarch.
Also joining them to react to the news, Queen Ashley and Queen Ronke took to the comment section to rejoice with the Monarch.
Calling Olori Tobi her beautiful sister’s wife, she rejoices with her and the Ooni over their new blessings as she rained prayers on the twins and the Queen.

The wives of the monarch had attended the unveiling of a Coffee Book titled “Ile-Ife, The Cradle of the World” in Lagos. In a video posted online by City People TV, Ooni’s fourth and fifth wives, Olori Ashley, and Olori Ronke were seen sitting together when his first wife, Olori Mariam walked up to them.
Olori Mariam exchanged pleasantries with Olori Ashely, while Olori Ronke snubbed her. Her demeanor which didn’t go unnoticed got the intent talking.
After his series of marriages in 2022 which topped headlines as he married 6 wife’s within months, Ooni broke his silence. While marking his 48th birthday and seventh coronation anniversary, Ooni clarified why he married Mariam Anako and the others.
The Ooni explained that he tried making some changes but he couldn’t because of the traditional heritage of Ile Ife.
