Ekiti state politician, Opeyemi Falegan has applauded actor Alex Ekubo for his high moral standard.
The actor’s sexuality has become a subject of discussion following his estranged fiance shocking revelation about him. She claimed that they didn’t have sex throughout their 5 years relationship. Following the revelation, many have queried the actor’s sexuality.
Defending him, Opeyemi stated that Alex celibate lifestyle shows he has high mora standards.
He stated that calling the actor names without hearing his side of the story is totally unacceptable. Using himself as an example, Opeyemi noted how he has been a victim of lies and he now’s how it feels.
“Calling him names (backshot) when u haven’t heard his own part of the story is unacceptable, unreasonable, offensive and also beyond the pale.
Lies sell more on social media that the fact. Have been a victim lies on social media and I know how it feels.
Not having sex for years shows his high moral standards which to me requires a reasonable level of appropriateness, fitness, suitability, morality, virtue modesty and purity. Quite worthy of emulation (sperm retention). A king I Stan”.
Fancy Acholonu exposes Alex Ekubo’s sexuality
Alex Ekubo has been getting a lot of heat following his estranged fiance revelation about their sexual life.
In an interview with Stella Dimoko Korkus, Fancy Acholonu revealed that for the five years they dated, he never had intimacy with her.
“I tried my best. He wanted to get back with me as much as I did. We’ve been at this for one year. But he felt since I broke up with him I should do more of the work. I was fine with that but his methods are cruel and constantly public. His sexuality is not the reason I broke up with him. I’m very open minded so regardless of what he prefers, love is love for me. I loved him for his personality and heart nothing more. He didn’t want to be with me intimately which was confusing and difficult for me to understand especially for 5 years so it did affect my self esteem as I kept myself for him and when he would cheat with curvy women he wouldn’t perform with them either so I don’t know, I can’t confirm or deny his sexuality but for me, I loved him despite all and he still found ways to hurt me.”
“When I met him I didn’t have much experience so it was easy to convince me that his decision was because of religion. But as he would constantly cheat and yes I caught him, it would hurt me because that’s not part of the religious believe he made our celibacy to be. Honestly this whole thing has been complicated beyond words so it’s unhealthy for me to continue this relationship. I guess I needed this post he begged me to do so that i can see his intention was just to clean up his image.”
Daddy Freeze queries Alex Ekubo
Unlike, Opeyemi Falegan, Daddy Freeze believes it is wrong for lovers to be in a committed relationship without sex.
The religious critic queried why they would be in a committed relationship for years and not have sexual intercourse.
Backing himself with scriptures, Daddy Freeze states that it isn’t immorality for betrothed couple to have sex. Freeze is indirectly making a stance on sex among engaged couples.
“How can you be in a committed relationship for 5 years and nit have intercourse? The scriptural punishment for a man having intercourse with a virgin is that he must marry her. (Exodus 22:16).
The church concept of fornication was based on a ministration by King James, of the Greek word ‘nopveia’. Which meant sexual immorality. An engaged or betrothed couple having sex was not considered immorality”.
