Nigerian clergyman Pastor Ituah Ighodalo is marking the 5th remembrance of his late wife, Ibidun Ighodalo.
Taking to his Instagram page, he noted that life isn’t always what it seems to be and that words can’t express what his late wife meant to him. He stated that even though she is home, they are still a team.
The pastor expressed how hard it is without her around; however, he is assured that she is smiling at them and watching them while they pray for her. Pastor Ituah vowed that in his heart is where he will always keep her till they meet again.
“Life isn’t always what it seems to be. Words can’t express what you mean to me. Even though you’re gone, we are still a team.
It’s hard with you not around, knowing you are in Heaven, smiling down, watching us while we pray for you. Every day we pray for you, till the day we meet again.
In my heart is where I’ll keep you”.
Refreshing your memory, Ibidunni Ituah Ighodalo died on the 14th of June, 2020 at age 39. The executive officer of Elizabeth R, died of cardiac arrest in a hotel room in Port Harcourt, where she went for an official assignment.
Her remains were flown to Lagos where she was laid to rest. Ituah Ighodalo was buried on the 20th of June 2020 amidst tears.
Marking her 42nd posthumous birthday in 2022, Pastor Ituah and his children paid a visit to her graveside. The clergyman took to his Instagram story to share photos from the sober day.
Also, in 2022, to mark her two years remembrance, her husband and family held a memorial service. The mother of late Ibidunni Ighodalo, Ibidunni Ighodalo’s beautiful kids, his brother Asue and his wife, Ifeyinwa Ighodalo were present at the memorial.
