Nollywood actor, Patrick Doyle is ending the year on a high note as the ex-husband of Ireti Doyle ties the knot to the love of his life, Funmi.
Kemi Filani reported days back that Ace actor, Patrick Doyle, was set to remarry as he revealed that he has found love with Funmilayo in a post on his social media page.
Expressing his gratitude for this divine gift, the ace broadcaster and actor, said he was blessed to be engaged to Funmilayo while adding that he looked forward to a future with Funmilayo.
He said their love is a testament to resilience and called Funmilayo is commander of his heart.
The couple are now on their way to being Mr and Mrs Patrick Doyle as their wedding is currently being held. The lovebirds are set to tie the knot traditionally today, December 14th, 2023.
Recall that Kemi Filani reported in January that Patrick has found love in the arms of another woman following his divorce from his wife, Ireti Doyle.
Instagram blogger, Cutie Julls shared a photo of him in the registry with his new wife as they officially tied the knot.
Months later, Patrick Doyle, confirmed the news as he gushed over his new wife while marking Mother’s Day in March, noting how Mother’s Day is a day to pay tribute to our mothers, and all women who have played maternal roles in our lives.
Patrick appreciated the four women in his life who have acted in their capacity towards him – his late mother, his late elder sisters, his late wife as well as his new wife.
According to him, he has never been happier as his wife has been his new mother, friend, and partner.
Last year, Ireti Doyle officially announced that she had divorced her husband, Patrick Doyle.
The veteran actress spoke out for the first time on her divorce in an interview with Media personality, Chude Jideonwo.
Ireti affirmed that she and her husband of over two decades are officially divorced. “we are officially divorced”, she said.
