Nollywood actress, Peggy Ovire has arrested a production crew member for allegedly stealing gas cylinder, others on her movie set.
The wife of Frederick Leonard, via her Instagram page, shared a video of the alleged thief, who poses as a production member.
She narrated how she met him on one of her production, the production was filming at an apartment she gave them to rent, and immediately the job was over, the guy stole generator.
He returned some weeks later to steal gas cylinder, unfortunately he met his Waterloo as he was caught while.ij the process of fleeing.
Alerting her colleagues, Peggy Ovire told them to be wary of such people.
“Dear FILM MAKERS, this post is for you all to Never employ this guy called Chizoba I met him on a production I was in, the production I was in, the production was filming at an apartment I have them to rent, immediately the job was over this guy came back, made sure neighbors had gone to work during the day. Stole generator parts 2 weeks ago & went to sell the part worth 80k for 15k, he later came back on Saturday pretending like he was helping to refill the gas cylinder but stole the Gas cylinder & took it again to sell. All the neighbors were at alert. This same guy came again today for the 3rd time this Monday morning, while someone else was cooking, they noticed that all of a sudden the gas cooker wasn’t working anymore by the time they rushed out, they realized that their gas cylinder was missing.
Immediately security was alerted. This guy quickly took a bike & was running. Luckily he was caught I was at the gym when I was called that they had caught someone who came again to steal & he was claiming to be a Movie film maker. To think on that production he begged me for money & I gave him out of kindness despite the face that I had never met before ohh.
It’s obvious this guy is a serial thief.

Early this year, Nollywood stars had reacted to a viral video of their colleague Yetunde Akilapa who was caught stealing again.
Yetunde Akilapa was nabbed by an angry mob and caught with different kinds of keys to illegally access her victims.
The viral video captured Yetunde Akilapa, disgraced for stealing in the apartment of a woman identified as Noor on Twitter.
Noor twitted how she found the actress in her apartment with her belongings, including wigs.
Many tweets had followed this claim, sharing their ordeals with the actress.
