It is a heartbreaking time for fans and lovers of Big Brother Naija All Stars housemates, Mercy Eke and Pere Egbi as the latter has shed light on their relationship.
Taking to the micro-blogging platform Twitter now known as X, Pere announced to the public that he isn’t in a relationship with the Pepper Dem winner. He made this known as he urged his fans to stop sending him flowers with the reality star’s name on it.
He however appreciated their efforts and care from the inception but had to come clean about it and wanted it to be as concise as possible.
“Dear shippers while I appreciate your efforts and care from inception, I would love to be clear on one thing I am not dating Mercy Eke. So please cease with the flowers mentioning her name. This is as concise as I can be”.
Taking to the comment section, many noted how White Money’s karma came quickly for the couple.

Recall that after coming out of the All Stars show, Pere and Mercy Eke sparked dating rumors as the two were spotted on several occasions in a romantic outing and Mercy was caught kissing Pere.
Some weeks back, Pere was seen in a video inside Mercy’s new home, specifically in her pantry. His admiration for how she had personalized her pantry, using her name to label her cereals, was seen as an intimate glimpse into their relationship, suggesting a level of closeness and familiarity that goes beyond mere friendship.
However, the path of their rumored relationship hadn’t been straightforward as the two had once unfollowed each other on social media platforms.
Adding to it Mercy received an unexpected gift from a mysterious sender, which many concluded was from Pere, but he quickly clarified on Twitter, stating that he was not the sender of the gift.
Their relationship had even driven their colleague, White Money into a relationship with a mystery lady, who he used in competing with Mercy and Pere.
During the All Stars show, Whitemoney and Mercy Eke developed a close relationship, which many felt would blossom into love. Whitemoney had even revealed he had a crush on her but sadly for him, Mercy turned him down.
The ‘Pepper Dem’ winner dumped Whitemoney for Pere, leaving White Money heartbroken and bitter, hence the need for his fake girlfriend.
