Lola Omotayo Okoye, the wife of the second half of famous music group Psquare, Peter Okoye, is 52 today, September 2nd.
Taking to her Instagram page to share a video collage of herself, she stated that turning 52 is a remarkable milestone and it’s a testament to the resilience and grace that comes with each year. Lola Omotayo reveals that she has been through trials and tribulations but here she is standing.
Cheering on to her new age, she prayed that her heart be full of gratitude for the experiences that has shaped her and the lessons that has enriched her life.

On her birthday last year, Peter had appealed to Lola, telling her to allow them to also give her their best. He noted how his wife had never relented in giving her best for the kids and him.
When she turned 50 in 2022, Peter compared her to fine wine. Describing her as his sweet intoxication, and praised her for maturing into a more beautiful person.
The couple celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary in 2023. Taking the lead, Peter stated that ten years seemed short when one has vowed to spend the rest of their life with their soulmate.
Lola, on her part, poured praises on him describing him as an incredibly kind-hearted husband. She praised him for always having her back as she noted how they had been married for 10 years and had been together for 18 years.
In other news, Lola had spoken out on finding peace amid her husband’s fallout with his twin brother. Taking to her Instagram page, she stated that even as challenges arise and negativity surrounds them, they still thank God for strength and resilience. She noted how His grace is her shield. Lola admonished her fans always to find peace in the pause always to give thanks for every blessing, no matter how small or big it is.
