Olamilekan “Laycon” Agbeleshe who lost his dad at an early age is a graduate of philosophy from the University of Lagos. The rapper started his musical journey at an early age and has now emerged as one of Nigeria’s most promising new school acts.
Laycon describes himself as being versatile and able to coin words together to soothe scenarios and moods.
Laycon who is the president of a group of people called ‘ICONS’ is currently signed to Fierce Nation Entertainment.single “Fierce” featuring Reminisce and Chinko Ekun was released on 21 July 2019. The single’s streams skyrocketed after he entered the Big Brother Naija house. Laycon released his fourth EP Who is Laycon? on 1 April 2020.
