Nigerian singer, Chibuzo Nelson Azubuike, known professionally as Phyno has caused a stir online with his latest acquisition.
The singer has splashed billions of naira on 20 units of a detached Terrace building.
The news was made known by Real Estate Mogul, Ned Okonkwo, on his official Instagram page, as he congratulated him on his new property.
He expressed gratitude to the hitmaker for pulling the deal through as he noted how it’s Landlord season.
The new property according to many is said to be worth N1.4 billion.

Similarly, singer, Davido revealed that he is building a new mansion for himself and his wife, Chioma Rowland.
In an interview with the famous American TV program, Drink Champs, Davido revealed that he has a new house under construction.
According to the singer, he is building a Carribean Mexican-themed mansion for himself and Chioma. Davido added that the house is at Eko Atlantic
